The institution must acquire an institutional academic accreditation from one of the recognized academic accreditation authorities in the country in which the institution’s headquarters’ is located.

The Academic programs of the institution must gain academic program accreditation by an academic program accreditation agency recognized by the National Bureau for Academic Accreditation and Education Quality Assurance.

The level of specialized programs offered by the university must be distinct in regard to the lists of international rankings as per international lists recognized by the National Bureau for Academic Accreditation and Education Quality Assurance.

The university must have admission and transfer policies that are posted and applied to all students.

The university must follow a regular attendance system during school week.
